I'm the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Disco, the AI-powered learning platform for organizations that treat people development as a strategic advantage. We help forward-thinking companies turn internal and external expertise into structured, collaborative learning programs—in hours, not weeks. Whether you're scaling leadership, onboarding, AI fluency, or compliance programs, Disco makes learning feel human, personalized, and outcome-driven.

Our vision is simple but ambitious: upskill the world using the power of AI, learning, and community. Hundreds of organizations—including Deloitte, ScentAir, Baptist Health, Kids & Co, and the Toronto Board of Trade—trust Disco to build skills that matter.

Before Disco, I helped scale Wattpad to a $660M acquisition, and I’ve worked across corporate innovation, early-stage ventures, late stage growth companies and advisory roles. I’m a venture partner at Lobby Capital, a $250M Series A fund based in Silicon Valley, where I support ambitious founders creating the future.

I'm passionate about helping leaders navigate the age of AI—not just with tools, but with mindsets and methods that unlock human potential. That’s why I created Gamechanger.co, a community of 3,000+ leaders and a learning series exploring how to thrive in uncertainty and reimagine work, learning, and leadership. Past guests include Margaret Atwood, Adam Grant, Seth Godin, and Roger Martin.

I’ve served on the boards of AI-first companies like DreamBox Learning (acquired by Discovery Education) and Coveo (IPO in 2021), and I regularly speak to audiences about how we prepare people—not just companies—for this new AI first future.
